Returns & Exchange Policy

At Flaay we want you to be satisfied with your order. However, since our products are carefully checked before dispatch, all sales are final. Exchanges are only possible if there’s a genuine issue with your order.

Eligible Cases for Exchange:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The size received is different from what you ordered

Conditions:

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging

  • Products showing any signs of use or damage will not be accepted

  2. Share your order number along with a photo of the issue

  3. Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps

  4. Exchanges are subject to stock availability
